Don't do that. That's hard. Here's an easier thing to do. Take your photo ID and the vehicle registration to a Dodge dealer and pay them to punch you a new key. As long as it doesn't incorporate a security chip, you'll have your new key for about $15 and 15 minutes. If you wrote down the combination code, they could use that.
A new cylinder might cost you twice that, and the time taken to take apart all the stuff in the way to replace the cylinder can help you decide what you want to do.
