How to remove the inner door panel for a 1996 Buick Park Ave Ultra.?

I'm trying to get to the power window motor on the front passenger side door. I have the dual Temperature on the passenger side door. Plus does the door have a I beam in the middle. I have a dent that is just pushed in, like you could get the inside panel off and push the dent out. Is that possible? Thanks for any help. Have a great day or night.
