I can't say for sure about your Honda but usually seats come out in one of two ways. Slide the seat fully forward and look for the bolts holding the seat track to the floor of the car and remove them. Then slide the seat all of the way back and look for bolts at the front. On some cars there are pins in the track which prevent the seat from going too far forward or too far back. There will be a clip holding the pins in place. Remove the pins and the seat should come off of the track if you move it past the place where it ordinarily stops.
