how to remove stuck ford focus rear drum?

grinding noise, dont think its the bearing as no play.
had brake shoes fitted 2 weeks ago, think rear drum flange is catching steel backing plate.
removed hub nut but drum stuck on.
have obviously removed handbrake and wheel turns freely so cant be shoes holding it.

Any ideas?

where can i get a drum break puller
