how to remove scratches????? (phones and game consoles like psp)?

Is their any way to remove scratches from phones, psp, gba, cd's and other game cards. Ill buy any spray on the internet if i need to BUT it must remove scratches from the screen of my phone and game systems. Also i dont like those methods like banana or toothpaste because im not stupid enough to try those things because i know it wont work. A proper answer will get 5 stars and thanks for reading and/or answering
