I recently got a 6th gen iPod Classic and ever since the first day I added music, all of my singles were automatically given the album art from All American Rejects' Move Along album. It only does this to Mp3s that have not been ripped directly from a cd. And it affects Mp3s on both my computer and iPod. Here are the steps I've gone through already:
1. I've uploaded music to my iPod using both iTunes and SharePod (this being my first choice).
2. I've used multiple methods to remove the album art, such as MediaMonkey, iTunes, and even independent utilities for the sole purpose of removing cover art.
3. I've cleaned the mp3s using Mp3Val.
4. I removed the Move Along album from my library and iPod.
5. Deleted all hidden files that were associated with album art (only found one)
I've done all of these multiple times with different combinations. No luck. Any idea why this is happening? I can't find anything close to this problem on Google.
