HOw to remove paint stain from tiled floor?

I kept some paint in my basement last week and some how it spilled over a night so i used a knive to scrape and peel of the thick paint layer but it left some sort of smudge/stain on the tile, so i used stain remover and that didnt help so what product will help

good quality paint remover.let it soak.wipe clean.do it again if you need to.if the grout dont come clean.make all the grout the sa.me colour good luck.
