How to remove paint from bike?

I want to know to remove paint and stickers from my old rusted Next mountain bike. So I want to know what you need/ tools? I also want to know what kind of paint removal is the cheapest that works good. It would also help if you have tips. Thanks
 
acetone-melts the plastic coating and takes off the paint

douse a rag in it and wrap it around the area and every 2 min put more acetone on the rag it evaporates quick

WARNING-Acetone is Very Flammable.....but very cheap get it at home depot or wherever
