P Percy P New member Mar 16, 2012 #1 Have a '77 Mercury 85 HP outboard motor with a defective solenoid. Anyone know easy way to remove the inside stud that holds the solenoid down? Is a special wrench required? If so, what is it called and where can I find one? Thanks.
