How to remove Honda Civic 30mph and 75 mph warnings?

Just bought a Honda Civic 1.8 EX. Love the car, but there's a warning that pops up when I reach 30mph then again at 75mph. Is there anyway to remove this?

Well I've been using my speedo to gauge my speed, guess I'm driving wrong and I need to be working to the warnings...
