How to remove governor on 2008 Chevy Cobalt LS?

I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt LS nad it cuts off at around 110-115. How do I remove the governor or make it be able to exceed those speeds?
I have no idea how the computer works. How do i get it reprogrammed? How much would that cost?
