B Bob A New member May 7, 2010 #2 Lift and support the bike so that the front end is off the ground. remove the front wheel and fender. Unbolt the front calipar and hang it on the lower triple tree loosen the bolts in the lower and upper trees and the legs will slip out.

C Candid Chris New member May 7, 2010 #3 About $50 bucks for a Shop Manual. That could solve a few problems, front forks not withstanding.
