How to remove Ford Focus Resonator?

Hey i was wondering if anybody could tell me how i would go about taking out the the resonator in the air box of my 2007 ford focus se manual. it has a 2.0L duratec engine if that helps. im able to remove the air box on the intake but i cant figure out where the resonator is. thanks.
thanks i think i figured it out... i mistook the box as the filter but i am going to just replace the system with a k&n intake. thanks.
 
the resonator in the air box? never heard of that the only part that has a resonator is the exhaust...but ill be watching this question to see what other answers you get
