How To Remove Cydia On Ipod Touch 4g?

i have ipod Touch 4g and i already jailbreak but the problem is when i try to installous is stuck and my ipod restart and than open cydia apps all apps disappear and nothing come up on cydia cant search too in cydia and i deleted limera1n by mistake so please help me how to back cydia apps or remove Cydia can i jailbreak again
