I have a bike which has been in my garage for years, and i want to fix it up, however the back tire needs to be removed but i cant, because the bolts on soo tight, everytime i use a spanner it slips out and slightly deforms the bolt, if im not careful soon the bolt will be completly shape round then ill really be screwed lol, i have tried using a anti rust spray but it does not work,

What shall i do???

If the bike's been in you're garage for years the wheels must be goosed? if they are just cut through the axel. or try putting tonnes of wd40 on it and leave it for a bit so it can sink in? hope it helps dude?

What you need is a grip that doesn't rely on spanner flats and more leverage. My tool kit includes a Stilson wrench [1] and an adjustable spanner [2] that I can put on the end of it, giving a two-foot long lever. A friend to hold the bike helps!

Long-term rust will take a long time to soften with penetrating oil, so don't give up, just keep applying small amounts every day.

Heat is also worth using, but very, very carefully. A small blow-torch or similar used sparingly, particularly as the penetrating oil can burn!

If these fail, and it's a nut not a bolt, then you could use a hacksaw to cut through the nut - a devil of a job given the limited access, but a nut splitter [4] probably won't fit in.

Finally, just how old is this bike? Are you sure you can get spares for it, before you expend money and effort on any tools you lack?
