is it true that head n shoulder anti dandruff shampoo with zinc can lessen the nuraber of pimples???
 
I don't know about Head & Shoulders shampoo but it's true that zinc helps acne. You can take zinc supplements. I'm not sure what creams or lotions have zinc. Neutrogena has a Body Clear Body Wash that fights body acne. It's worth looking into.
 
Doxycycline only works for a short period of time. After, once ur body starts becoming immune to the chemical ur acne will come back. That's what happend to me, my back and face became totally clear on doxycycline (on it for about a year) and then it stopped working. The neutrogena body wash (not scrub) works really well, do a regimen of the acne wash and 5% benzoyl peroxide (possibly 10%) and ur skin should clear. My back and chest have cleared in a about a month. My back isnt totally clear, I just get a few blemishes here and there.
