How to remove back seats in 1996 ford fiesta?

My back passenger side door wont open as it has come away from the bar, so need to remove the door panal in order to fix it but to gain better access to the panal i need to remove the back seats, is it possible is there anyone who could tell me how. I have already spent nearly 200 pounds making it roadworthy and cant afford to spend anymore in a garage i just need to know how to remove the back seats and some help on getting the door panal off would be a great help aswell, i'm a women remember so not so brilliant with cars but i know enough. Thank you all so much for your help i'm desperate.
 
should be 2 small nuts under the front lip of bottom seat , unscrew these an bottom will lift off . cant remember how seat back comes off - just feel round for fixings . you would be advised to buy a haynes manual ( around £16 ) full of valuable info . good luck.
