in my best friend and his wife's 03 mustang the seat belt for the front passenger is locked in one position, it came out a little but then locked completely and i couldn't get it to budge one bit after messing with it for about 20 minutes so i need to take that panel off to get to it to try to fix it
the panel is the panel beside the back seat right under the rear window where the seat belt goes into, i just need to know if the panel is just held on by plastic studs like most door panels and how to remove the panel without breaking anything, also what direction do i remove it, towards the front of the car or towards the rear seat like to the side
i also folded down the rear seat and saw a few black plastic pieces that looks like they hold on the back, do they just pop out?
