how to remove a torque converter on a 2007 ford escape?

it is a v6 front wheel drive. I need to know a general idea of all what is involved. am I going to have to pull the engine? trans axle? any help is appreciated.
 
I don't think tou should attemp this if you don't know what your doing and it sound like you don't. The transmission has to be removed to access this, it is in between engine and transmission. Is this car under warranty?
