How to remove a Samsung Intensity case?

okay im getting really despesate, i just want to transfer some pictures from the phone to facebook but i cant even get the case off so i can get the memory card. the guy at the store put in the case for me so idk how to take it off or put it on and if i go back, well he looks really POed cus so many ppl was there and this old lady who was buying a phone, idk wat an old lady does with a phone, didnt know english. i just got the phone so i dont want to yank the case open and leave scratches on it. thnx in advance
