How to relax while playing sports?

I am a collegiate athlete and always feel like I am under so much pressure and cannot relax...what are some things I can do when I am playing that will make me feel relaxed and not so stressed out? When I play stressed or not relaxed I do not perform as well and I find it very hard to control this. I feel like I have tried everything, I take deep breaths, write notes in my pocket...etc. What else should I try doing?
 
First, have fun with it. Second, eat a well balanced diet and get 8 hours of sleep every night, take care of your body so it will take care of you. Third, before bed the night before, close your eyes and visualize your game, visualize everything going well, anticipating the opponants moves, reacting appropriately. Fourth, hold good will for the opposing team, learn from their strengths and their weaknesses and learn from your own as well. Fifth, always be a good sport.
