Ok. so i have a w350i and i just downloaded the media manager for it. i tried to register it online but when it got to the serial number and machine id thing, it didn't work.
i have my serial no (which is 18M-JR0L-0EHV-LJX4)
and machine id (which is 4GKP-C15C-EDVX-W9)
but everytime i put those exact codes in (along with the hiphens n capitals n all) IT DIDN'T WORK
are my serial and machine no supposed to look like that? and how do i get my authentication code? and does media manager actually work?????
