How to reformat Dell OptiPlex 330 with USB Flash Drive?

My Dell OptiPlex 330 cannot boot Windows XP... The OS crash because of virus and I bought the PC without CD Drive... Then, I tried to reformat it by using my USB Flash Drive.. but, i dont know how to do it... Is there anybody can help me solve my problems? Thanks... :)
