How to reduce or remove wind noise for filming a movie? and is cheap or free?

I just wanted to know if you can remove the wind noise while recording. Because I live near hills and mountains, I get a lot of wind, so it's hard to hear clearly because of the wind

I've heard you can get some type of wind cutter or breaker, ones with fur mics, kinda i think. But they cost some money

Anything?
