How to recover infected and then cleaned (by Kaspersky) files, that i can not

see now from my flash drive? i had some infected files on my flash drive, i used kaspersky antivirus and cleaned them, and now i can not see them, but when i right click on drive properties i see that they are still there in memory, I used windows explorer and total commander to try to open them but no use, i even used some program called RECOVER MY FILES V.4 but it seems that i dont now how to use it, or its useless... how to recover or see them? :)
my flash drive shows that i have app. 600 mb taken, but files that i can see are just 17 mb, i need to see the rest of the files, and i scaned my drive again after cleaning, kaspersky did not find any other infections...
 
Are you sure the files were disinfected? Maybe they were quarantined and removed from the flash drive which is why you can't see them there. Quarantined files are located in the hard disk.

Try reviewing the report and see what happened to those files.
