I have a 1999 YZ 125 that we bought about 3 years ago and i have rode it a few times but then i got prego so i have not been on it forever, so now were going to licences it and it looks like the Vin # has been painted over, we spoke with the guy that we bought it from and he said that he was going to send us the title but who knows so we need to see how we can get the vin number to see if this bike was stollen or file for a lost title.
