I use a 321 jensen universal remote for a panasonic tv.I do not have any codes to restart. I had service but lost it (possibly) when I used the dvd or after I dropped the remote. The remote can control 3 units. I did reconnect the remote myself with advice from an internet site where I kept clicking the remote until it started to flash or turned the TV off. I just don't recall all of the steps but I know it worked. If you know how to do it please send me an e-mail. Thanxs
