How to read this HTML document...?

So, I have a bunch of HTML documents on a flash drive. It's text with links, mostly...I don't really know how to describe it. Not very technical here. I've opened the things with IE nad Google Chrome, but when I click one of the links in the document, it tells me the file is not found on the flash drive.

Any idea why this may be? Do I need a special program to view them?
