If you're reading the films themselves it takes some practice, if you have the report from your MRI and want to know what it means just post it or google the worRAB for the areas of the MRI (L4, L5, etc) protrusion, bulge, extrusion, etc. To read the films themselves it is alittle harder, but doing a comparison look from what is a normal MRI to what may be abnormal on yours can be done through searching in google images instead of google web. If you are looking at your back MRI, you can start at the view which is a side view of your back MRI which shows the vertabrae looking like little almonRAB, with a long semi bent line of white line which is your spinal canal/cord.
Unless you state which you are trying to read it makes it diffucult to explain to you how to do it.
