How to re-enable a bluetooth device? PLEASE help, I`d be so grateful?
Ok so I used to be able to connect my phone and my laptop via bluetooth. My phone`s bluetooth is okay. And then I wanted to switch the bluetooth device of my laptop off . And I went to bluetooth devices-hardware-properties and disabled my bt device. And now I wanted to switch it back on and went there and I couldn`t click properties again(nothing happened when I clicked). I tried finding the device at device manager and I couldn`t. And my laptop is totally virus-free, I know that. And I tried to turn the discovery on. And somewhere I got the message "Make sure that your Bluetooth radio is attached to your computer and is turned on, and that your Bluetooth device is turned on." So how to I attach it to my computer again? PLEEEASE HELP.

But I don`t have a bluetooth device that I can connect via usb port. My laptop used to connect to bluetooth without it! It is somewhere in the computer and I don`t know how to enable it.
fn -f8 controls only sound for my computer, it doesn`t work
