So I just got this phone recently and the volume control buttons on the side seem to do absolutely nothing. Maybe they're defective or something? And on the screen I don't see a volume scale or gauge or anything. I tried holding down the side volume buttons, pressing them, but nothing happens.
My previous phone was thrown in a pool, but I dried it out and almost everything worked fine on it. Sometimes though, the raise volume button would dial a 7, and not raise the volume, and the lower volume button would dial the number 9 and not lower the volume. Maybe my SIM card got messed up when my previous phone was thrown into water and now my Vivaz's volume can't go up/down with those buttons?
Do I have to change volume using the profiles? Because I wan't to use the side buttons.
