How to quickly reduce swelling after wisdom teeth extraction?

Ok, so i had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted Thursday morning. It is now friday and i have an important event to attend saturday evening. I need suggestions on how to minimize swelling quickly. PLEASE HELP
