How to put Youtube videos onto flash drive to watch later?

I wanted to know How to put Youtube videos onto my flash drive so that I cant take my flash drive to offline computer and watch videos off of it by using window media player.
What if I wanted videos not just from youtube.
Example:Tube8.
I notice there video play is different from youtube.

I need convertors that are free not paid ones.
