I have a 1995 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo....me and my dad took the distributor off to switch it out with the one on my dads jeep because we thought that the distributor on jeep 1 was kinda bad. Well, jeep one was running fine but my dad thought it was running kinda rough so we took the distributor off and replaced it, then we tried to put back the original one, and we forgot which way the rotor was pointing so now its off time and the jeep won't even turn on. How can we put the timing back on correctly? We took the spark plug #1 and stuck a screwdriver and let it go to the very top....then we turn the rotor until it was pointing to #1 spark plug wire on the distributor cap. It wont even turn on, only keeps turning over. Can someone please tell me what Im doing wrong?

Step by step please to get my jeep up and running, thanks!
