how to put themes on Nokia 6265i?

I have a nokia 6265i and just want to know how to put these free themes I found online? I connected my phone to my computer but I can't find it in my driver? It is metro pcs but I don't gave service right now and trying to flash this phone to cricket, is that because I don't have service? Does anyone know why I can't see my phone? I downloaded the NOKIA PC sync from NOKIA.com but it can't find my phone?
I know my phone is connected via usb cable. Please help I really want to download themes for my phone: Nokia 6265i
