How to put pictures from LG keybo onto computer & how to get video's on to my phone ?

Ok, so I got an LG Keybo for christmas and I've used it to take a lot of pictures but i don't know how to put them onto the computer I use a USB to connect it to my computer and the only pictures I can take from my phone and put on to my computer are pictures on my Micro SD card(and all the pics on my Micro SD card were pictures that are already on my computer) So is their anyway I can put the pictures from my cellphone on to my SD card, cause if so then I know how to put them on to my computer

And I have a video on my computer than is hilarious and I put it onto the Micro SD card and I put the SD card into my phone but the Video isn't on their.. maybe it is but I can't find it!
