how to put photos to an xbox 360?

i need to know how. i have already tried doing it in a cd. and a usb drive. but i can import or install them to my xbox 360. but heres what i want to do. i want to create a player in pes 2010 with my face on it. but everytime i load a picture with a face of me. it shows that i dont have no pictures. i need to know how i can have pictures to load to my pes 2010 to make my own players. with my own faces. please i need help. thank you
