how to put on muscle?

i really want to gain muscle like a want a bigger chest, arms and a flatter stomach.

I am 16 years old, 6"3(191cm), 198lb(90kg) and a slim build. My diet is not as healthy as i would like it to be but is not unhealthy. my parents make my dinner since i still live a home with younger siblings so it is unlikely that there will be drastic changes to my diet, a few changes here and there are fine.

are there any particular exercise routines that will help me gain muscle in these areas. I am a very strong swimmer and cyclist. I would like the exercises to be done from home like not go to gym. I hav a small home gym with weights, boxing equipment, i hav acess to a lap pool and have a race bike.
