I have minimal html coding knowledge, and though I have found a couple of code samples on the internet for making a description hover in a text box that appears when you click on a link, I have no idea where to put one in the body of the web site code. Are there any keywords you can give me that I can stick the actual code in between (which I'd also like provided, as the online results were all unclear)?
I don't want the link to actually go to a page, just to display the text when you hover over it. If you know how to customize the text and the background of the box it appears in, that would be a bonus.
