How to put Games on MyPhone T12Duo?

Hi!!! Just Wanted to know hot to put Games to my T12duo 'cause I don't see any games or application folder in ma' phone... And wether I see it I cannot install it... There is no install word in the options vie phone... Please Help me... I already download a games to my PC but no Idea of putting it on My Phone... Anyone know??
