How to put downloaded psp games on my PSP?

I just bought the new god of war psp dont kno what filmware

so how do i put the psp games on my memory card it is 4gb

what do i need to download to make it work


uh and im downloading madden nfl 08 from utorrent fro the psp, how do i put this on the memory stick
