How to put donwloaded mobile phone games onto your mobile from your pc?

I downloaded some java mobile phone games (torrent) and im wondering how to put them onto my phone!! I dont have bluetooth on my laptop so thats out of the question... and my phone dosnt have a USB!!! It does have a micro-sd tho!! My phone is a Vodafone 553 Petrol Blue and im on Vodafone!!
