How to purchase or download apps or games for the new sprint windows 7 Arrive phone"?

I just recently bought the phone but have no clue how to get the apps downloaded because everytime I try it sys to try a bit later but I believe I have to create an account somewhere to be able to access these apps...somebody pls help
