Hi, I'm in the Air Force and I currently live in Florida but I'm going to get stationed in California. While being stationed in California, I wanted to purchase a vehicle over there so I can get around easier.
How will I go about purchasing a vehicle while being stationed on base? Does the base offer places where you can purchase a vehicle or do I have to go to a dealership outside of base to purchase one?
Can I purchase the vehicle in California and register it to my home state of Florida? Do I have to get a California license? Do I have to get my insurance in California?
