How to publish my html website for free?

I've got an html site that I created and now I want to put it up online. I don't want to make money on the site...I just want people to be able to see it. What is a good place to go to do this for free, and how would I go about doing it? I have iis7 on my computer (came with vista), so I can see my site...now I just want it public. Help please! The more details the better!
i have no idea if it configured...tell me what to look for and i wil
