Anyways, I'm getting really annoyed with people clearing the history/cookies on Google Chrome. Like, DUH, INCOGNITO MODE. Is there anyway I can make my browser like the ones at school, when you're not allowed to change any of the options...etc?
PS. i forgot what the other method was when you can use some preinstalled Windows 7 program, but NO i cannot use that method because I have the wrong version of Windows and I can't find the data for that program anywhere.
