I am starting up a temp agency and so far I've got the business registered and business cards made up. I have a couple of clients so far and am eager to get started. I know there are legal issues involved with this type of business and forms that my clients and employees will have to fill out.
Sorry I am clueless! I need information. Are there any good websites that would provide guidance? Do I need to find a lawyer or could I go to my town hall?
