i've written some of my friends (not all) on friends list in the chat box and in the chat box itself, there is a list of them. the fb help center says that if we want to prevent someone from chatting with us, all we have to do is to click the green dot (next to their names) to change its color into grey.
but i can't seem to do it although i have clicked the green dot and it's become grey, someone keeps appearing on both friends on chat and in the chat box but i don't want to chat with him.
do you think that there's something wrong with my fb?
