I am a freshman in high school on varsity track.
i run the 300 meter dash.
but towards the end of my race, like the last 50 meters..my legs dont move as fast as i want them too. they feel heavier and just WON'T GO FAST ENOUGH.
someone told me this was because lactic acid was building up in my legs. how can i work to stop this so i can improve in my race?
