How to prevent HIV, while having sex!?

I really feel insecure about 1 thing and that is HIV/AIDS, but at the same time i can't give up on women.....cause i love Women too much.
Can some1 tell me what to do, because putting on a condom is never enough- as the Virus could be transmitted by all body fluids(although found very little in both sweat and tears!)
 
There is absolutely no fail safe method of prevention of HIV transmission. Condoms can be problematic in that they can break, have a hole or come off during intercourse. The safest way is to have one partner. A partner with whom you are secure in that they too are HIV negative and are monogamous with only you. From the sound of your comment, you love women. Sounds like you love more than one woman.
